Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between 360 Wellness Clinic, hereinafter referred to as "the Clinic," and the client/patient.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be made through our website, phone, or in person.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Consultations and Treatments

All clients must undergo a consultation before any treatment.

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for the client.

Treatment outcomes may vary, and the Clinic does not guarantee specific results.

Payment and Fees

Payment is due at the time of booking or service, whichever is earlier.

The Clinic reserves the right to revise prices with notice.

No payment refunds are offered for any bookings and/or services once booked. Specific conditions for refund will require approvals from grievance officer and subjected to cancellation fees

Confidentiality and Privacy

The Clinic adheres to all relevant privacy laws and regulations.

Client information will be kept confidential unless required by law.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior.

Liability

The Clinic is not liable for any allergic reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or medications that may affect treatments.

Consent

Clients must provide informed consent before undergoing any treatment.

Parents or guardians must provide consent for clients under the age of 18.

Termination of Services

The Clinic reserves the right to terminate services for any reason.
